Nick Serrault moves to U.S. COO role

DALLAS, June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton has tapped Mark Kuonen, a longtime executive, to serve as Chief Operating Officer of Lockton Dunning, the largest segment of its People Solutions business.  

As COO, Mark will oversee operations and drive business development for a key region within Lockton's People Solutions business, including Dallas, Plano, Houston, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In this role, he will lead efforts to deliver innovative, people-centered strategies that help clients across the country improve employee understanding, engagement and satisfaction. This includes aligning total rewards and benefits with broader workforce goals and measuring the impact of those programs. A proven and respected leader within Lockton, Kuonen brings deep operational expertise and a strong track record of performance. He will also focus on attracting, developing and retaining top-tier industry talent to support the business's continued growth.
